Weddingbee Boards

A seating chart is a chart that shows each guest which table they are seated at for the wedding reception.

Seating charts can be organized by table number/name, or by an alphabetical sorting of the guests' names.

As guests look for their table, table cards at each table help them find which table they're seated at.

Assigned Seating

Some couples choose to use assigned seating in addition to seating charts. Once guests find their table, they may also see a place card with their name on it. Place cards are used to assign guests to particular seats within an assigned table.

Alternative

• Sometimes instead of a seating chart, escort cards will be used to let guests know which table they are assigned to.
