A tent wedding is an outdoor wedding ceremony or wedding reception and can also be referred to as a marquee wedding. Renting a large tent or marquee can safeguard against inclement weather such as rain. There are basically two kinds of tents suitable for weddings:

Frame Tents which have aluminum frames, no centre poles or guy ropes and can be erected adjacent to buildings. Because they are stable they can span a wide area even over swimming pools, flower beds and trees.

Pole Tents are made with canvas over center and side poles held under tension with guy ropes. Suitable for soft surfaces and small to medium spans. They are traditional but not quite as versatile or practical as Frame Tents.

When you hire your tent you will have a choice of floor coverings, table linen, lighting, furniture and accessories to complement your chosen colour scheme and create a magical atmosphere that is unique to you.
