Qipao
A qipao is a form fitting traditional Chinese dress, worn during a Chinese banquet. It is also known in English as a cheongsam.
Features
- Generally has a big slit on the side of the dress to allow movement.
- High neck, closed collar.
- Wedding qipaos are generally red.
- Wedding qipaos often contain dragon and phoenix designs which symbolize yin and yang.
