Loft 12 is a loft space in New York City, just south of Manhattan's Time Square. The loft is located on the 12th floor of the building. It is owned by Loft Eleven, the same company that manages Loft Eleven on the 11th floor, Westside Loft on the 14th floor, and Penthouse 15 on the 15th floor.

Loft 12 is located near the Port Authority subway station in Times Square, so it is conveniently located near mass transportation. There are also usually cabs going down Ninth Avenue that can be flagged down.

There is a pay parking lot across the street from the Loft 12. There is also street parking available, although available is extremely limited during the week.

There are several hotels located in Times Square where guests can stay. They tend to be fairly expensive on weekends, so guests on a budget may want to consider staying elsewhere in Manhattan.
