A Las Vegas marriage license is a marriage license issued by the Las Vegas at Clark County's Courthouse located at 201 Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89155.

The marriage license fee is $55 in cash and no appointment is necessary.

Marriage license application must include Social Security numbers, address, dates of both parties as well as any previous marriages information such as the city, state, country of each marriage as well as the ending status of the marriage - divorce or death.

Legal

• Minimum age for marriage is 18 years of age or 16 with the consent of an adult or guardian.
• There is no blood work required or waiting period before license is issued.

Proper Identification

The following identication is accepted when applying for a marriage license.

• Driver's License or State-issued card
• Original or Certified copy of your Birth Certificate
• Foreign Birth Certificate must be translated in English and notarized
• Passport
• Military Identication
• Resident Alien Card or green card.
