The site is for rental. There is a lawn area as well as a beach front where you can have your ceremony. Depending on the tide schedule, you may or may not be able to have your true wedding in the sand. However, you can make up for this with the picture hour while your guests are sipping on cocktails.
You must provide your own caterers.
Guests must provide their own transportation. It is right next to a resort where guests can stay and walk to the ceremony and reception. That is the most ideal.
There is parking at the institute. However, if guests are staying next door, walking is most convenient.
