A gift table is a table where guests can leave wedding gifts. Usually a member of the wedding party will be at the gift table. This is to make sure that all gifts are labeled with the name of the giver, as well as to ensure that the gifts are safe and secure.

Some gift tables have a card box on them, to hold wedding cards and/or money envelopes.

Gift tables also sometimes do double duty as a guestbook table.

• Put the gift table somewhere near the entrance to the reception area, so that guests can drop off their gifts quickly and get to the reception itself.
