The bridal party specifically refers to the bridal attendants of a wedding party.

Members

Traditionally, these attendants include:

• The Maid of Honor (or Man of Honor)
• The bridesmaid.

Junior bridesmaids and the flower girls are also traditionally grouped with the bridal party.

Notes

• An optional pre-wedding party that is gaining popularity is the bridal party brunch which the bride hosts for her attendants to show her gratitude.
