The facility has an outside cafe area with a large london plane tree which overlooks the river and a view of the Statue of Liberty in the background. Outdoor ceremonies may be held here. In addition, there is the Dining Room on the first floor with full bar. It is decorated in white drapery with French doors that open out onto the cafe area. On the second floor is the main reception area, with wrap-around windows looking out on to the river.
